Cancellation Policy

**DEPOSIT & PAYMENT Please note that a non-refundable and non-transferable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. For the remaining balance, we kindly request payment in cash. Additionally, please be aware that any payments made via EMT (Electronic Money Transfer) will be subject to the applicable sales tax. **LATE SHOWS We value your time and appreciate your punctuality. To ensure efficient service for all clients, we have implemented the following policy: a 10-minute grace period is permitted. However, a $15 late fee will be applied to your appointment if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Please be advised that appointments will be canceled, and any associated deposits will be forfeited, for arrivals that are 20 minutes or more past the scheduled start time. **NO CALL, NO SHOWS No Call, No Shows: In the event of a no-call, no-show, you will be blocked from future bookings. **CANCELLATIONS Please cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours; otherwise, your deposit will be forfeited. ** NO GUESTS To avoid distractions and keeping to time, no children or extra guests are allowed during appointments. The $50 consultation fee secures your appointment and covers your personalized skin assessment and expert product recommendations. **Please attend your session makeup-free (if virtual, ensure good lighting for accurate assessment).
