To be eligible for a return, the wig/hair extension product must be: * Be unused, unworn and unaltered. * Have all the original packaging, tags and lace(if applicable) intact. * Be free of any styling products, scents or damage. * Be returned within 7 days of purchase or delivery. Products that show any signs of use or have been altered in any way are not eligible for return
